How are orders checked before shipping?

Every order is inspected and packed before it leaves our fulfillment partner, then shipped with tracking.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days and delivered in an estimated 8–16 business days after dispatch. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Standard shipping with tracking is free on every order. Priority processing is available at checkout.

What is your refund policy?

Request a refund within 30 days of delivery. No physical return is required: email us with your order number and a photo of the product. EU and UK customers also keep their 14-day right of withdrawal.

Which size should I order?

Sizes on our product pages are US. Our size guide converts to UK, EU and centimetres. Apparel pages have their own chart in inches and cm.
